DAO.vc hereby disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from or related to your use of any service provided by DAO.vc (including, among other things, the downside risk connected with the purchase of the DAOvc and vcDAO tokens, trading, or conditions beyond its control regarding the viability of any specific blockchain). DAO.vc does not carry the responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from or related to any cyberattack (including, among other things, data theft), unprecedented trading volume growth, any error or deactivation of the DAO.vc service, or any technical difficulties connected to the DAO.vc services.

You acknowledge and agree that DAO.vc is not responsible for determining whether or not laws, rules or regulations apply to your transactions (including, among other things, any anti-money laundering laws, securities and tax laws). You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the enforcement of all such laws or regulations that can be applied to your transactions. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all tax liabilities resulting from the use of the DAO.vc services. You acknowledge and agree that DAO.vc is not responsible, directly and indirectly, for your tax liabilities.

Citizens, residents (tax or other) and/or the USA green card holders and/or any other jurisdiction that prohibits the possession, dissemination or transmission of accessible information, and/or prohibits the purchase of the DAOvc and vcDAO tokens, and any other use of cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets, and any other similar activity, and any other people with limited access do not have the right to buy tokens. Under no circumstances do DAO.vc or any other current or former DAO.vc representatives are responsible for excluded liability.

DAO.vc does not and does not intend to, and presently refuses to provide any claim, guarantee, or undertaking in any form to any legal or natural person, including any claim, guarantee, or undertaking regarding the validity, accuracy and completeness of the information available in public access. You should carefully consider and evaluate every risk factor and all the other information submitted in these Terms before making a decision to buy, exchange, or jointly participate/farm the DAOvc and vcDAO tokens.

DAO.vc DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY USERS FROM COUNTRIES OR TERRITORIES WHERE ITS ACTIVITY IS LICENSED IN A SPECIAL WAY, ACCREDITED, OR REGULATED BY ANY OTHER WAY. YOU MUST GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NEGATIVE EFFECTS WHICH ARE THE RULES OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. DAO.vc DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF COUNTRIES INDICATED IN THE TERMS ABOUT SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THE dao.vc WEBSITE, INCLUDING IRAN, SUDAN, NORTH KOREA, SEYCHELLES, BERMUDA, THE USA, USA TERRITORIES (SMALL ISLANDS IN THE USA, PUERTO RICO, AMERICAN SAMOA, GUAM, NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, JOHN AND SAINT THOMAS ISLANDS), AND ANY OTHER COUNTRY WHERE SUCH DISTRIBUTION OR USE WILL VIOLATE LOCAL LAW OR REGULATION.
