# Governance functionality

All strategic development vectors are determined by voting of Governance NFT owners - managers, investors and active investment participants:

* Creating any vote
* Participation in any voting
* Selection of projects in Launch Laboratory
* Selection of projects in Launchpad DAIDO
* Managing the resources of the reserve fund, formed from the earnings of the ecosystem

*(note: the development of new products or functions, organizing events, offline community meetings, buying stands on forums, etc.)*
