# Email marketing

1. The User, acting freely, by his will and in his interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, gives Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter -— Consent) by DAO.vc (hereinafter — Operator).
2. The User accepts this Consent when pressing the Subscribe button in the feedback form.
3. The Consent is given for processing of the following personal data of the User:\
   a. email address;\
   b. name;\
   c. date of birth.
4. The purpose of processing personal data is to inform the User about the services of the Operator, to conclude contracts between the Operator and the User.
5. The User agrees with the following actions with his personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, granting, access), anonymization, blocking, disposal, destruction, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified in paragraph 3 of this Consent.
6. This Consent is indefinite.
7. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending an email to <info@dao.vc>.
8. In the event that the User withdraws his or her consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are appropriate grounds.
